Shipping

Thank you for ordering. It is an order form you are submitting and we will contact you in regards to the total for payment including shipping if applicable.

Some items such as books on their own are posted free of charge.

Bulk items no matter the total price of the order are plus shipping costs.

There is a maxium weight of 25kg per carton which may result in 2 or more cartons for one order.

For other mail order products there are freight charges from $8.50 to $30.00 for orders under $150.00 in the North Island. $200 for  South Island these rates apply after any discounts or specials

South Island from $8.50 to $40.00 for orders under $200.00

Rural customers may have extra charges dependant on the value of the order or what has been ordered.

Waiheke Island, Great Barrier, Stewart Island we do not deliver to.

We do not use to NZPost so NO deliveries  to P O Boxes .

It can be confusing and that is why we ask you to submit an order for us to check and advise you on what the total comes to.

Please include your post Code, cell phone number, RD number if applicable and your email address in the instruction panel with your order along with any other information such as ‘leave at back door’
